Order Processing:
- We process orders within 2-4 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
- Orders received after 2PM will be being processed the following business day.
- The hours of operation of the Israel Post are: Sunday to Thursday 8:00 Am to 5 PM
- We make every effort to fulfill orders as quickly as possible.
Delivery Services:
- FREE delivery by Israeli post takes 10-15 business days to most major cities in the US, Canada, UK and EU.
- AUSTRALIA AND NEW ZELAND 15-25 BUSINESS DAYS
- Successfully placed orders, you will receive an e-mail confirmation with the order details. After that you will receive another notification when your order has shipped, together with the a tracking number. You can track your shipment on the "17TRACK" website for example, until the package reaches its final destination
- Please review and ensure that you have entered the correct address. We are not responsible for non-delivery due to errors in the address that you provide. If a package can't be delivered due to an error entering your shipping address, we are not responsible for any additional fees that may incur in order to reroute or reship the package.
- If you did not receive your order at the expected time or did not receive a tracking number on time please let us know at gillevenbroun@gmail.com
- If the delivery fails for any reason, we will provide you with a new package or a full refund.
Information regarding International orders:
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. We are not responsible for these charges if they are applied.

Returns and Refunds:
Due to the nature of this product, unfortunately we cannot accept returns.
However if your order arrives damaged, please email us as soon as possible to enovid4us@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis, but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
